Bella Villino Floor Plans

There are 10 different floor plans based off of 5 basic footprints. It's simple a matter of location of the unit. Example: All rear building units have Screened Lanais (patios accessed by large sliding glass doors) - all front building units have enclosed "Solariums" which are same size as a patio but built as heated and coolled interior space with many windows.
