IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Our office and maintenance staff is onsite Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Sales agents do not perform any administrative work and do not process "maintenance work orders". 

Work orders are processed FIFO, or "first in, first out".  However, some work orders receive a HIGHER PRIORITY based on the community's method for ranking risk and impact. After hours, no work orders are performed unless they are considered a true emergency. The answering service has "standing instructions" on how to handle specific types of issues and will contact the "on call" person, if necessary.

Sales agents are onsite on weekends but DO NOT handle work orders, administration or property management issues. 

NOTE: IF YOU CAUSE DAMAGE DUE TO NEGLIGENCE OR HAVE ATTEMPTED TO FIX SOMETHING WITHOUT FIRST CONSULTING WITH THE LEASING & MANAGEMENT OFFICE, YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE WORK ORDER, PARTS, MATERIALS AND LABOR.
