David is the Managing Broker of two realty firms and their onsite offices at Bella Villino Condominiums.  He is the listing broker for the Developer of the condominium project and provides guidance to both the developer and directors. David also owns and operates a Property Management & Trust Accounting firm that manages over $50 Million dollars of income producing properties for passive and abscentee investors. He promotes teamwork and a strong work ethic, freedom with accountability, and ensures the companies have quality staff and select, professional colleagues to support the operational needs of his team.  

Pamela is the Vice President of Property Management, a REALTOR and CAM. She is an outstanding manager, a multi-family project coordinator and a natural leader with ability that is second to none. Her 25+ years of multi-family projects range from "lease-up" for new construction to project management for large condo conversions including sales and project closeout. She is charged with the onsite operations of this Branch Office for Florida Gulfside Properties (co-brokerage firm for Bella Villino Realty) and oversees the leasing and management operations of both companies.

Gina is the most pleasant, professional and outgoing person you can expect to meet in the rental and sales business.  When not leasing or selling, she assists the broker with the daily operations of the Bella Villino branch office and assists the Vice President of Management. Julie is a very bright and motivated professional with a calm, pleasant attitude. Her analytical and logical approach remains intact amidst deadlines and pressure.
